Solvere Jewellery has unique designs often with sharp edges and where possible you should take care of it as much as your clothing. I recommend
wearing jewellery with fabrics that don’t easily catch or damage. When caring for the jewellery itself I recommend taking off pieces for showering,
exercising and any strenuous activities to keep pieces in perfect condition.
PATINATION
Patination is the process of ageing metal. Many pieces that are patinaed are done so for clients artificially. From that point, they will continue to
age naturally. Therefore they will be in a constant state of change. To care for patinaed jewellery every not and then polish them back with a cloth
and jewellery wax.
GEM STONES
We predominantly use lab-grown stones that are man-made instead of mined making them a more environmental solution. They are still precious
stones and of exceptional quality. Being man-made instead of mined also makes them more affordable, resilient and easy to clean. I also recycle old
jewellery and upcycle gemstones as well as the metals from old pieces. Clients are able to commission natural gemstones instead of lab-grown for
commissioned pieces.
PEARLS
Pearls have naturally porous skin. Their delicate surface can lose its colour and lustre by coming into contact with moisture. When caring then it
is important to clean them with a dry soft cloth and store them away from other jewellery, ideally in a separate sealed bag. I advise anyone with
newly dyed hair to also be mindful that hair colour can stain and permanently damage pearls.

For necklace and bracelet measurements please use a piece of string or chain to figure out your desired measurements.
Return Policy
Solvere Jewellery is an independently run business. As a sole trader and designer, I handmake every piece with care. Each design may slightly
differ as I make each piece from scratch. Sadly at this time, I am unable to offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges for purchases of
incorrect sizes. I am also unable to do resizing however there are many jewellery repairers that offer this service. If there is an incorrect
or faulty product please contact me directly and I will do my best to repair and mend the issue.
Shipping
SHIPPING POLICY
Solvere jewellery is shipped within 1-2 weeks of purchase of the piece and 4-12 weeks of custom orders.
All Solvere jewellery is shipped Express through Australia Post for both local and international shipping options.
LOST/MISSING ITEM
In the event of a shipment being lost in transit, the jewellery will be remade and sent once an item is declared lost/missing to Australia Post.
Unfortunately, as a sole trader, I cannot refund the cost of the lost jewellery, that is something that must be disputed with Australia Post.
Therefore the item will need to be purchased again.
